Lydarose has been with Gillmor and Associates since 2001 and began her career in residential and commercial real estate here. She is a part of the Property Management team which manages the accounting, repairs, and tenant leasing of commercial spaces (228,660 sq ft) and residential units (94 units total).

She graduated from San Jose State with a BS in Business Marketing, and is also a graduate of the Honors Humanties program there. She is committed to providing the best possible service to her landlords and tenants through consistent attention, organization and communication.  

Lydarose is also a Notary Public with a privately held license. She is a member of the National Notary Association.
